At Himmel & Bernstein, LLP, we concentrate in the enforcement of large court judgments. While we are not a collection agency, our goal is collection. To meet that goal, we aggressively and persistently pursue all avenues open to us. We are creative lawyers who tailor unique enforcement strategies to recover elusive judgments.

In July 2007, at the request of the United States Department of State, Andrew D. Himmel conducted a seminar for a delegation of legal professionals from the Republic of Georgia on the issue of judgment enforcements. These visitors were invited to the United States under the auspices of the Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program on Judicial Reform. The goal of the Program was to provide a model for six key professionals from the Georgian judicial and legal sectors to learn about programs and procedures in the United States legal system that support the efficient and independent administration of justice. The Georgian delegation included the Chief of Staff of the Tbilisi City Court; the Head of the Department of General Courts, High Council of Justice of Georgia; the Deputy head, Appellate Court of Georgia and the Chairman of the Tbilisi City court.
